We are making a difference...
"Thank you so much for your ministry to our family through your family care package. My husband, Kyle, was diagnosed with ALL two years ago. We were in remission for a year and a half but relapsed this past July. We were at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hot Springs when we were blessed with your gift. I work for CADC Head Start and our assistant H.S. Director attended the Arkansas Head Start Teacher Recognition Banquet in Hot Springs this past July. While there she sat beside someone that is associated with your foundation. This sweet lady asked if Janet would take a care package back to us at the hospital. Your package has been a blessing not only then but even now. Kyle and I are a Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX and he received an unrelated donor bone marrow transplant on November 8th. Kyle is now entering the difficult part of his transplant but is doing very well. Thank you again for the blessing of your work to my family. I am so very sorry for the loss of your loved one, but I know he would be most proud of the great work being done in his memory. Gods' Blessings."
"I just want to say Thank You for the gift box your foundation gave my mother Saturday, March 31st. My father had been at St. Vincent's Hospital since that Tuesday. She stayed with my dad until they found out what was wrong. My dad and mom have been together 57 1/2 years together and are more together now than ever. My brother and I try to keep up with them. They give both of us strength also. My mom showed us the box and told us that it was so nice of you to think of her. Then she read the story behind it and smiled. Thanks again. "
"I would just like to thank you for the "care" package you gave my mother while she was at St. Vincent Hospital about 2 weeks ago. I have read about your husband. It is is a great tribute to him to give to others who are hospitalized with cancer. Again Thank You."
"To the Greg Foundation:
Thank you for giving my wife one of your care packages last Tuesday. She was very appreciative of your kindness and and thoroughly enjoyed the visit to her St. Vincent Room. You have my sympathy over your loss, but what a great idea in turning it into something constructive! I am enclosing a small contribution and wish it could be more. Bless you and I hope you have success. "
"The Greg Foundation -
We were really impressed with the boxes that my husband received while he was a patient on the oncology ward at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock. He was on the oncology four di fernt times this year. He lost his fight with cancer on Nov. 19th of this year. As you well know it is very hard to go on without a spouse. We know that he is in no more pain and we know we will see him again someday. My daughter and I are sending these memorials in memory ory him. Keep up the good work! "
Greg Foundation- Glad to hear you are prospering. What I remember most is that you were there at a time when I saw someone that went through what I was going through- It was not the bottled water, gatorade, notepads, playing cards, pens, etc.- It was "you've walked in my shoes". God Bless
My aunt and uncle have been basically driving to Little Rock daily or weekly for my uncle’s chemo or blood transfusions. I just wanted you to know that when they got the care package from your organization,( I was on the phone with her at the time), it was the most delightful surprise for them. They have been keeping an upbeat attitude with all of this and I just wanted you to know how much you are appreciated. They also just had a granddaughter born this Labor Day 3 months early so they have that worry on their plate as well. My uncle still hasn’t been able to see the baby. So keep up the wonderful work. You guys are awesome!
Thanks so much for your generous and kind gift that they just brought to my mom's room. It really brought a smile to her face!
